Фонтан у Міському саду

Це один з перших та найстаріших фонтанів, що з’явилися в Одесі. У процесі його зведення брав активну участь сам засновник Одеси – Й. Дерибас.

Він відкрився у 1875 році з появою в місті водопроводу. І ось, через стільки років, він продовжує радувати одеситів та гостей міста.

У 2006 році він пережив грандіозну реконструкцію – центральну чашу відтворили саме такою, якою вона була 130 років тому.

Fountain in City Garden

This is one of the first and oldest fountains that appeared in Odesa. The founder of Odesa himself, Y. Derybas, took an active part in the process of its construction.

It opened in 1875 with the appearance of a water supply in the city. And so, after so many years, it continues to delight Odesans and guests of the city. In 2006, it underwent a grand reconstruction – the central bowl was recreated exactly as it was 130 years ago.

The original Carrara marble of the bowl was also restored.
